Azure Sphere Recover Failed

We are getting "Failed to enter recovery mode" error while trying to recover a custom made azure sphere pcb using the Azure Sphere Standalone FTDI Interface Board.

The PCB is connected to J4 of the FTDI interface board via TC2050 cable.

HI @Sujith-6728 - Is the EEPROM programmed with Azure Sphere XML for the SDK to detect the board? See https://github.com/Azure/azure-sphere-hardware-designs/tree/main/P-FTINT-1-1

Can you share an image or schematics of the board connections to further understand the setup? Thanks!

Hi @ChandraNekanti-3683 ,

Yes the EEPROM has been programmed and the Service/Debug Interface(J3) of the FTDI interface board is working fine.

Only the recovery port is having issue.

TThanks @Sujith-6728! Can you run the command with --verbose switch and share the results along with the zip file from azsphere get-support-data --destination d:\AzSpSup.zip command.

Please send these files to @*. Thanks again!

Hello @Sujith-6728 ,

I have synced internally and understood that your issue is now solved. This was a faulty board and it resolved with a newly assembled board.

Please confirm if you have further questions here or over email and mark it as answer for others benefit as well :).

Thank you so much!
