Where did Qualys scan results go?

Per this document: "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security-center/remediate-vulnerability-findings-vm" We previously went through Security Center, recommendations, to find our built in Qualys probe results for our VMs. Howerver this morning when I looked, "Vulnerabilities in your virtual machines should be remediated" is gone.

Where did access to the scan results go to?

Thank you for your post!

Since you were able to see these findings previously, can you try searching for Vulnerabilities in your virtual machines should be remediated within the search bar to see if that resolves your issue. Additionally, you can try to look for the "Remediate vulnerability" control, since the remediation step should be located underneath.

It didn't come up when I searched, but I found that if I change "recommendation status" to include "not applicable" then it shows up. However, now it shows "none" under "unhealthy resources." And yet when I select it, I still see findings that say otherwise.

@TechnicianTate
Thank you for the quick response!

From your screenshot and as you stated, it looks like the recommendation is "Not applicable" as you can tell from the icon to the right of the recommendation.

  • To see if the unhealthy resources number (None) is accurate, can you select the Affect Resources dropdown within the recommendation? From there you'll be able to see if there are any unhealthy resources, and if you have "Not applicable resources" you can see the reason why those resources are not applicable.
