Thanks for the report.

ProcDump v10.1 added support for IPT streams - and the OS/debugger should support IPT for Winv8.1+ -- but it seems to not be even in Win10-RS1 / Win2016 Server.

A fix is under development.

The link for ProcDump v10.1

displayed:

Runs on:

 Client: Windows 8.1 and higher.
Server: Windows Server 2012 and higher.

On a computer using Windows 10 pro I just clicked on https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Procdump.zip then extract all then procdump64.

A script ran very quickly then closed.

Run as administrator performed in the same fashion > script runs and closes

The application never opened.

Is this the same problem as the Opening Poster?
Is this a directory problem?

The above comment only applies to when you see the Invalid Parameter error. (Earlier DbgHelp version return that if you pass a high level flag. ProcDump understands this, and only passes the IPT flag for the appropriate level - which should be Win8.1, but it looks like IPT support didn't actually arrive until later).

What was the command line you tried to use?

Running the app by itself should show the help text.
If you run it via Explorer, the dialog will disappear.
You need to open a command prompt (etc.) and then run it, to see the help text.

Tested with notepad.exe

Which procdump version will work on windows 7 64b and can I get a link?

Thank you!

I was not familiar with the procdump software so for the first time today it was downloaded and installed.

It has not been able to be used.

Multiple downloads were performed.

Any attempt to open the software opens a black administrative command prompt box that runs a script and immediately closes.

The software never opens.
