App Insights resource Log blade will not load

The Logs blade of any AppInsights resource will not load.
Using Win 10, Chromium Edge, cleared user/credential and entire browser cache, problem persists.

@HunwardsenBryan10110-6165 Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. You mentioned that you have cleared the browser cache. However, kindly do it again. Also, can you please share below information

1) Region where Application Insights are hosted.
2) when did this issue start ?
3) Is your application insights classic or workspace based ? (If workspace based, kindly check if you are able to access logs from log analytics workspace)

1) South Central US
2) Yesterday, first time trying to access existing resources, others on team can access fine.
3) Workspace, Logs blade does not open from Analytics Workspace either

Logged out of AAD account on website and Browser, Repaired Edge(from Apps and Features), Cleared cache, rebooted and still does not work.

@SwathiDhanwada-MSFT Thank you for your continued support!

I was able to fix the problem, I had logged out of all Azure/MS Services with my AAD account in the browser, logged out of the Edge profile using the same account, cleared cache, rebooted, and the problem persisted (fails in regular tab, works in in-private tab - indicating it is an identity related issue).

What finally resolved the issue was deleting my Edge browser profile completely. After that, I was able to log into portal.azure.com again and view the AppInsights Log blades. The success persisted after re-signing into the Edge profile (which re-synced) with the same AAD account.

Its hard to tell how much of this issue is Chromium, Edge, Azure/Portal/AppInsights/Logs Blade.
At a minimum, the Logs blade should better be able to detect this type of error and report/link the user to support instead of sitting with a blank loading (forever) screen.
If possible please forward this thread/create a bug with the relevant dev team.

Thanks
Bryan
