Hi @leiLi-7744,

As I know, we couldn’t directly migrate Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2016, we need to migrate Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, then migrate Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016. For detailed steps, you could check this similar thread: how to migrate exchange 2003 to 2016 including active directory renaming please help.

Compared with the complexity of migration, if you only have few mailboxes needed to migrate, it is also suggested for you to export those mailboxes to .pst files, create new user mailboxes in Ex2016 and import the .pst file into the new mailboxes. By the way, in order to avoid possible problems and save the time of import and export as much as possible, please try to export the mailbox contents of larger mailbox into multiple data files(.pst files).

Hope these can be helpful.

Hi @leiLi-7744,

Based on my knowledge, Microsoft do not have such data migration tool or script and I know little about third-party tools.

we have 200+ Point to migrate outlook client user data 2007 > 2019.

Do you mean that you would like to migrate users from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2019? If yes, that should not be a problem for Exchange email account users. All of their mailbox items are synced with their mail server. When adding Exchange email account to Outlook desktop client, Outlook will automatically sync with their mail box server.

Remember to ensure that the client version you want are supported in your Exchange version. For example: Supported clients (with latest updates) in Exchange 2016.
