Hi
I use the authenticator app for remote working. previously it worked well on my personal phone, however this recently died.
Now when i try and set up the authenticator app on my new personal mobile it asks for me to sign in...by the app. So i'm trapped in a web.
I've been given a work phone that i can't use as can't authenticate.
The old phone is bricked, i don't seem to have a backup...Do i need to delete my old app account somehow? or is there a way around.
