Updates stuck at downloading 0% complete

Hi, I have test environment consisting of two forests (forest B trusts forest A) and MECM 2103 (in forest A) is used to deploy defender/server 2016&2019 updates. I have problem with only one server in forest B where updates are stuck at downloading 0% complete. All CM clients communicate with MP over https. What I see in logs is this:

Hi @BojanZivkovic-7448，

Please open IIs in SCCM server, navigate to default web site -> SMS_DP_SMSPKG$_Authentication, set enabled in the tab of Anonymous Authentication, and set disabled in the tab of Windows Authentication.

If the operation is complete, and the client could download the update normally, it seems that there is some questions in Windows Authentication and one client in forest B could not complete the task of Windows trust authentication from forest A, which maybe related to the side of AD.

Hmm, I hesitate honestly to change anything on CM server side since all other 20+ servers including 3 from untrusted forest have no issues. What are the chances this will break something else?

Hi,

This changes could not affect anything, because it just test the issue is Windows Authentication, we could recover the previous settings at once.
