Which version of Office do you want to deploy?
For volume license version of Office 2013/2016, such as Office Professional Plus/Standard 2016, please refer to:

The deployment method of Office 2019 is the same as that of Microsoft 365 Apps, except for activation.
There is a thread about deploying Office 2019, you could have a check.
As emi said, there are 3 ways to deploy Office 2019/Microsoft 365 Apps, since your clients are on Intranet, it's recommended that you refer to:
Deploy Microsoft 365 Apps from a local source.
