Windows 10 Enterprise and IIS

I've looked aorund and I can't seem to find an answer to this. I'm running IIS on a Windows 10 Enterprise machine for a small php website that a small office (less than 100 people) access periodically (not a public site).

I've heard that there may be a built in restriction with IIS that restricts the number of connections or something similar, but I can't find any concrete information on it or if it applies to Windows 10 Enterprise or IIS 8.5. Everything I've seen online has been for older versions of both

I don't want to have to have to run windows server just for a small IIS deployment that won't see that much activity in a day.

You can upgrade to IIS 10

That, unfortunately doesn't answer my question. Whether I switch to 10 or not, I'm still trying to determine if running on Windows 10 Enterprise has a limitation on connections to IIS.
