how to use MS Store to fufill Kickstarters Backers distribution

I'm creating a UWP Desktop game and want to distribute solely with Windows Store. But, I am also considering a Kickstarter campaign which means backers have already paid.

Backers need to notified via email, probably with a promo code. But there is problem (limit of 5k promo codes on games).

And, is there a tool do creation of individual emails/codes so as to not have to make 5+k of them.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Do you mean that you want to have more promo codes than 5K? Currently, there is no way to overcome this limitation.

I have to say that this question is out of the scope of Microsoft Q&A. You might need to search for such tools on the internet.

Let me approach this a different way.

Let's say that my Kickstarter Campaign is wildly successful and I get 10K people signing up to back it at $10 each. I get paid about $90k.

Then, I want to distribute the game via MS Store. Those KS backers have already paid, so they need a pay nothing method. All NON-Backer purchases pay the full price of $20.

How can I use the MS Store? Maybe it can be done, and I just have not found out how.

We can make a Zero $ promocode and set a 10k limit, but that does not insure that only Backers got to use it. Wonder how many people that would get passed around to!

We can do our own distribution. MS Store makes zero from that. I prefer to use the advantages of the MS Store. The biggest things for me is that I have one point of sale, distribution, and the game goes through the MS certification process.

I am asking here because I can't find a way to get in touch with MS Store Support for a technical issue like this. It appears to me that some thing new needs to happen. So, if you have a link to a proper forum, or whatever, I'll go there and ask.

Or, maybe its easy and I just have not found out how to do it.
