Is it possible to export a database locally from a disabled sql server due to insufficient credit

Due to subscription ending our sql database server was disabled so we're unable to connect to the database within, is it possible to export the database schema/data from the sql server locally? from what I've read is that the database only allows read-only functions now, so is exporting it locally possible or there's no other way this could be solved without paying the subscription fee?

Hi @MashuraDevelopmentTeam-9598, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can create a support ticket and discuss and explain them the situation. They should be able to re-activate your subscription for some duration where in you can export the database through bacpac or any other way.

Also you can upvote the feature in user voice on the same:

Allow the move of resources away from a disabled subscription.

Please let me know if this helps or you need more information.
