System crashes after sleep

Hey guys been having this issue ever since I upgraded my PC to the below specs

-5950x

-RTX 3090

-Crucial Ballistix 3600 32 GB RAM

-Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

-Windows 10 20H2

So when my computer goes to sleep initially everything is fine, it wakes back up when I press a key or move my mouse.

However when my pc goes to sleep again, I can't wake up my pc normally and have to press the power button to turn it back on. Same issue occurs when I restart or shut down after that initial sleep only this time it takes ~5minutes to restart or shutdown.

In event viewer this shows up as an error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff802774fa320).

Used bluescreen viewer and it says it was caused by ntoskrnl.exe+41f1fa

I've tried updating all my drivers, updating my bios, disabling fast boot, fresh install of windows, running chkdsk, memtest and all that jazz to no avail. Previously had a 3950x which experienced the same problems.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this problem and any potential solutions or fixes?

Thanks.

Since you have tried every possible thing, I wonder if its the hardware, or the bios-OS combination.
Have you also tried a parallel OS (a different windows or Linux) just to check if you get the same issue there?

I had faced the 'sleep' not working and needing a long press of power button (hard shutdown) and a normal start whenever trying to wake up in my old office laptop.
The problem had suddenly started one day and was affecting few of my colleagues too - I suspect it was a side effect of some org policy.
