issue with network watcher

there appears to be some sort of issue going on with my network watcher, more than likely storage related?

  1. any time i create a connection monitor, it stalls for about 10-20 minutes, then fails, and appears in the connection monitor list - "indeterminate" - "no data in log analytics workspace"

  2. any time i create a packet capture, i get either an error, or it says stopped

-if i click on the capture file i get redirected to "The specified blob does not exist."

  1. if i use ip flow verify it takes forever and never completes.

-if i check the logs, i see that the ip flow verify is started and accepted, but never finishes

any help on this would be greatly appreciated. im studying for az-104 and just trying to get a better understanding of azure.

i ended up removing the network watcher, as well as the resource group it was in
i then created a new "log analytics workspace"
and create the connection monitor again, selecting this new log analytics workspace
the connection tests then worked

i think this may have been caused by deleting the network watcher and then recreating it. perhaps when re creating, it was referencing a log analytics workspace that no longer existed - perhaps something for the devs to consider
