Unable to install any patch and the error code 80092004. ESU activation.

@DSPatrick these patches were already installed earlier. Not now. almost an year ago please see the date in the screenshot.

I'd verify system and servicing health by running;
sfc /scannow

also system update readiness tool

Then check for errors in;
%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
