Migrating TFS 2017 to Azure Devops on new hardware

Hi
We are currently using TFS 2017. We have one Application Server, 3 build server and one dedicated SQL server.
We are now planning to move to Azure Devops (On-priem). What steps I need to follow to do smooth migration of all the collections from old hardware to new hardware.

Could you please share any step by step guide to migrate to new hardware?

Please note that Azure DevOps Server (a.k.a. TFS) is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.
