Is there a reason why our system emails (account activation, important newsletter) land in Hotmail users' Spam folder?
They delivered to the inbox to my personal Outlook email but the Hotmail users find our emails in the spam.
We use a clean business email server and the SPF record is correct.
The same happens to Gmail users. Though not all of them. Some get these emails in the inbox but others find them also in the spam folder.
Checking in mxtoolbox.com shows no blacklisting.
