Change Permission label for encryption

Hi

When our users click "Encrypt" in outlook web access and then select change permissions. They have teh following options available to them:

Question is where are the first two labels coming from, since we do not have any sensitvity labels published or created. The company name is spelled incorrectly in the first two lines, where can this be edited/removed?

Now the issue is, it will no longer make any changes since its retired. But the label is published to outlook users.

What are my options?

@AndyDavid

In the AIR portal Activate is grayed out. I am assuming this means because this is activated already. Copy policies button is available. Should I hit copy policies and then be able to edit or delete the policy from Office 365?

Thanks
