Can Windows 365 Be Used Offline

I am researching Windows 365 and am very interested in using it in my enterprise environment, however in the scenario that one of our locations were to go offline, would windows 365 still be accessible? I understand that other virtual desktop solutions have offline functionality and have found an article released before the product was available that there was intent to have functionality offline. However, I have found no definitive answer to rather or not the product does in fact work offline and, if it does work offline, how it works?

O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at

@DSPatrick I am referring to the new Windows 365 product released by Microsoft this month (August 2021). It is not an Office 365 product based on what I have read so far. It is a Virtual Windows Desktop solution. Here is the product page on microsoft website:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365

I got to this Q&A by following the website resources, going to documentation, and going to Q&A

Looking over the supported products in the Q&A this seems to fall under the categories of:

Enterprise Mobility + Security

Microsoft 365

Windows
