Azure Public IP Address

Question

Hello Team,

I have created a basic public load balancer in Azure. During the creation process I created a public IP address associated to it. When I look at the Public IP address object is isn't being assigned an IP address. Also If i create a separate public IP address with dynamic assignment it isn't being assigned a public address as well.

Any thoughts as to why the assignment of the address isn't happening?
