Windows 10 Storage Pool missing

Hi, I have a windows 10 system with a storage pool made of 4 disks. There are two virtual disk inside it, one with parity and one with mirroring. Today, after a normal restart of the system, chkdsk started automatically and when I logged the pool was missing.
All the 4 disks are perfectly fine, and this is what I'm seeing when I check their status:

1 ST4000DM005-2DP166 WDH1XW7R HDD False OK Healthy Auto-Select ...B
0 ST4000DM004-2CV104 WFN0LG13 HDD False {Starting, OK} Unknown Unknown ...B
5 ST4000DM004-2CV104 ZFN2857H HDD False {Starting, OK} Unknown Unknown ...B
2 Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB S21HNXAG866473Z SSD False OK Healthy Auto-Select ...B

4 ST4000DM004-2CV104 ZFN293NN HDD False {Starting, OK} Unknown Unknown ...B

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Get-PhysicalDisk | Format-Table FriendlyName,MediaType,Size,CanPool,CannotPoolReason

It seems to me that the info about the virtual disks has been corrupted somehow...is there anything I can do to recover my data?

Thank you very much
