Hi,
I have started receiving this error message for new mail contacts for Outlook emails, and I have found the article list (with the same title as mine):
This 2016 article resolved the issue (manually creating an X500 address on the proxyaddress attribute), I just wondered what the cn=32bitcharacter@domain.com related to? The only thing I can find is if I open the .OAB file on a desktop computer with Outlook and search for the contact in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books\oab\uDetails.oab
I didnt want to post my question on the same thread, but I just wondered how it generated that cn=number. Ive looked at the ad user and mail user and can see no other related info.
Im assuming its just an index the OAB gives the contact but wanted to double check.
Thanks
Gary
