Creating Multi-turn Document with follow-up prompt as context only?

I am building my own multi-turn document to upload into my KB. Is there a way to format this document so that the follow-up prompts are automatically set to context only?

    Hi, you can provide the qna pairs in a multi-turn format using a tsv file and specify the value for isContextOnly. Please take a look at this documentation.
