GetUserSLProfileData Failed from MySite OrganizationView but Org Cart works fine

I am working in SharePoint 2013, upgraded from 2010 and migrated all the MySite sites and went through the visual upgrade. After much work, everything works fine but the OrganizationView.aspx page. It gives the Error: The server method 'GetUserSLProfileData' failed..

This does not happen in the 2010 environment.

I have already confirmed that the MySite Application Pool Account, the Distributed Cache Service Account, and the User Profile Service Account all have full access to the User Profile Service. Also the User Profile Service, Proxy, and Sync Service are all up and running just fine. Is there a way to get this page working in Microsoft Edge.

If I cannot figure this out, I am going to have to add JavaScript to hide the SEE MORE link in the Organization Browser web part on all the User Profile pages, but I know that some users will complain that they do not have the OrganizationView.aspx page anymore.

Whether the Organization Browser web part can not be loaded in the About Me page?

You could provide the screenshot for further troubleshooting.

The Organizational Browser does work perfectly... it updates just fine when I change the profiles in User Profile... the only problem is when a user clicks the See More link, it takes them to the Organizational View page, where a pop up with the error mentioned [The server method 'GetUserSLProfileData' failed.] and the page never stops loading until they click ok on the popup. Then the popup closes and the page is just there empty, without any people loaded on the page (I am working for a financial institution, I cannot export and share screenshots from internal applications for security reasons, sorry)

I do know this could happen for many reasons, but I have exhausted all the reasons I could find, and still get the same result.

I cannot reproduce the issue in my SharePoint.

Please make sure that you have configured user profile service application properly and connected it to the web application where you have this issue.

And you could check ULS logs to find more clues.

If the issue persists, I suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft.
