Application installation through AD-GPO in Azure Muti-session environment

1) We have tried to install the MSI file, Which has the installation type as “Per User” through the AD GPO in Azure WVD Environment for Multi session users.

2) To Install the MSI file we have followed the step in the below document.
Refer the attachment "Steps followed in Active Directory Domain Controller" file.

3) Whereas the MSI is not installed in the Azure WVD users. Its skipped from the group policy installation.
Refer the attachment "Group Policy - Error" image.

4) The same installation process have followed for the single session user. MSI has been installed successfully for single session user.
But the same has not installed for the multi session user.

5) We would like to know why the MSI is skipped from the installation from for the muti sesion users alone.

Note: we have checked 2 or more per user application, but it also not installed in muti sesion WVD via GPO123123-group-policy-error.png123079-steps-followed-in-active-directory-domain-controll.pdf

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

User-based package installation will not work on Multi-Session and it also hasn't worked on Remote Desktop Session Hosts.
Please use a computer policy.

Hope this helps.
