Please help as I cannot get anyone from Microsoft to help me. I am trying to disable 2FA in an account and I messed it up. Previously, my phone number was linked to 2FA which I disabled but I accidentally left the Microsoft Authenticator in the security settings and as I result I cannot go into the account. I work for an MSP and this is a client that we are trying to this for.
PLEASE I AM VERY DESEPERATE - no one from technical support on chat could help me and the online support doesnt let me in.
