Open administrative powershell (PS) and copy and paste:

Get-ComputerRestorePoint | Format-Table -AutoSize | Out-File -filepath "$Env:userprofile\Desktop\Restore Points.txt"

Find the new text file on the desktop > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

After posting the results into this thread > perform a system restore to the oldest system restore point > repeat as necessary up to the most recent restore point

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4588-system-restore-windows-10-a.html

In case the above fails then create a new bootable Windows 10 iso 21H1:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9230-download-windows-10-iso-file.html
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption

And perform an in place upgrade repair:
