error 0x8004e4d5

I have a problem to login.
When I type my ID and PIN#, I have an error 0x8004e4d5.
I can't log in.
What shall I do?

Have you had it resolved? I have exactly the same issue. I contacted Microsoft support, and was advised to wait for ~4h as it looked many people access at the same time??? And they also suggested me to contact IT department (my account is created with my university email). But it's nonsense. I just use the email somewhere else to sign up microsoft apps as using gmail. How could I contact University IT dept for OneDrive services?

I have contacted Microsoft support twice via chat, once by phone with Office apps team support then was directed to OneDrive support team by email but it came to nowhere. They will keep advising you to wait or to contact IT department of your domain.
From what I read here. cause I could not contact my university's IT department so I got back to Global CS. Believe me, it won't solve your problem.

Since I graduated 8 years (hix), it was quite hard for me to reach IT Dept. of my university. I tried to contact by email both individual and department's email and also by phone. At least, I was required to provide my student email & ID card for them to verify my identity first. It has been 3 days, and I still waiting. I hope they can help as now is the high time for new schoolyear, especially university in VN
