Virtualization is not capable

Hii, i am using a intel pentium processor 32bit os . In task manager<performance it is showing virtualization is not capable plz tell me a solution

Are you trying to build your own VM in Hyper-V or are you using the Azure Virtual Desktop in the Azure Portal ?

Thanks for replying but i am talking about hardware assisted virtualization in my lenovo laptop. It is showing not capable
