My Windows can't recognise USB Type-C

Hi,

I have an MSI laptop with Windows 10 Home.
It has one USB Type-C for cell phone connection. I have Samsung S20+.

When I connect my phone to my laptop, it's only getting a charge, and can't see/access my files on the phone.

Any idea?

This is not an issue with the Windows and it is related to your phone's setting.
You need to look into your phone's manual and when you connect USB, you have multiple options like charging and you should change it to file sharing on your phone.

I did that but still no result.
I can not see my phone in my computer.
