Azure Support

Hi, I saw something similar to this on Microsoft Community.
Someone from Azure Support can access and troubleshoot my account.
I want to ask this too.

I can't see if I have an Azure DevOps subscription.

I can't see if I have a subscription in another Azure account.

I can't see if I have an Azure account subscription.

I can't see if Azure Virtual Server exists.

I can't see if there is an Azure Virtual server subscription.

I want to delete my Azure free account but the problem is that I can't "See" them

I may not have an account or subscription for what I wrote, but I'm not sure, I may have done it by mistake and I want to make sure of that.

As I said, can someone from Azure Support access and resolve my account?

If something like this can be done, is it paid?

If such a thing is done, from which link can I create this request?

@birazsorumvar12-1174 Thanks for reaching out!

Did you get any email from Microsoft about the account being active and your being charged on your credit card?
If yes, you can cancel your Azure subscription by following instructions from this link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription or you can reach out to Azure support by creating a support ticket using this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?wf=0&tenant=ClassicCommercial&oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&locale=en-us&supportregion=en-us&pesid=15470&ccsid=636233463407635340

There is an e-mail I received but the subject is different, it came up when I logged into Visual Studio. Here is the content of the e-mail.
"Thakns for joning us Here are a couple of great ways to get started:"
and below the link Start your Project for Azure DevOps,
below that is the Visual Studio Dev Essentials link.

I asked this, but it was called an advertising mail, I guess so.
