Hi @MarekG-1989,

There is no discovery workflow for Subscriptions; they need to be added manually via Microsoft 365 Add Subscription wizard in the Administration section of the Operations Manager Console.

I suggest you go through the Microsoft 365 MP Operations Guide.docx from the Microsoft 365 management pack download link.

@MarekG-1989, For “Use auto-created Azure Service Principal”, the new subscription will be added to Operations Manager and will appear in Configured Subscriptions list. Under tenant, it will create an application under App registration like "M365 SCOM Monitoring application xxxx". We can check if they are there and if all the required permission are granted.

Meanwhile, try to access the Azure AD endpoint portal and Graph API endpoint portal on SCOM server to see if it can access. Check firewall and proxy settings within our environment to ensure that connection is allowed.

Hi all, thank you,
error is found in config files, where I copy with ctrl+c and ctrl+v quotas, but one is not quota.....
After this change M365 MP connect. But after I try connect watcher to monitor teams , teams return : TeamsPerformance
System.Exception: ERROR: Unable to download document from Teams (Team: 'M365Test'; Channel: 'M365TestChannel'. State: Critical. Exception: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
is there some requirement to create teams and channel for M365 MP ?
thanx

@MarekG-1989, From the error message, it seems to be with permission issue. Please make sure the following permission for Teams are granted:

We thought that in case of installation, when I use global administrator account for created subscription , these permissions will be set automatically .... We have set this permission. Can I add other with GUI ?
