Unable to access website from Azure VM

Unable to access website from Azure VM, can you help me please? Turned off IE enhanced security configuration and the windows defender firewall as well. Able to access other websites but just not this one - http://whoer.net/

Can you try to create a new IP and associate to VM and try if that help access the website.

Can you please share the details of VM deployment (region, OS version etc) so that I will try to reproduce it at my end to see if this is blocked for me too.

I tried to create a new IP and everything is as you said, but still the same problem
region: central us, window server 2019
This is information about the virtual machine I created, is there another region in the United States or OS version where this site operates

Thanks for sharing the details.

I tried preproducing the issue in my Lab. Deployed VM is different regions and as you mentioned Yes, https://whoer.net/ is not accessible.

Based on the error in the screenshot below, this is being blocked from the httpswhoer.net and not issue from Azure side.

This need to be checked at httpswhoer.net end.
