time change out of sync

Hi,

I would like to ask if a member server's time will change or adjust if someone from another time zone tries to login to that server?

The member server is sync to our AD and uses our local time zone.

No, it would not. Windows time service is all based on zulu or GMT time. The time you see displayed on windows is based on the time zone offset defined in control panel.

Some general info
- All domain members should use NT5DS domain time.
- Desktops and member servers sync with any domain controller.
- Domain controllers sync with PDC emulator (one per domain)
- PDC emulator in child domain can sync with any domain controller in parent domain.
- PDC emulator in parent domain syncs with either a hardware clock or possibly an external source.
