MS Exchange 2016 issue

Dear All

My client have an exchange 2016.

Some of them cannot access to web mail via PC browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox) but available on smartphone browser (Chrome, Safari).

It is a strange issue and hope someone can help

If there exist issue with OWA configuration, it will effect all user.
If there exist issue for those user mailboxes, those users will cannot access OWA from all clients.

So, we cannot know this issue may related with the client configuration. Whether those client have proxy setting? I would suggest you try with Edge browser in InPrivate window.

You can also try to migrate those mailboxes to another database and check again.

Yes....but only few users affected.

Clients have not any proxy settings. and i just try edge but no any good news.

And i have tried to migrate those affected mail to other database but issue still persist.

Did you try with InPrivate window? I also suggest you try from anther computer which other user could login successfully from.

And i use other PC that located at other site but issue still persist.
