Why can't I see all the installed apps on an Android fully managed device with Intune?

Hi,

I'm currently testing the device enrollment of Android fully managed devices (COBO) using Android Zero Touch and Knox Mobile Enrollment. I configured everything and both device groups, Pixel and Samsung, enroll in a proper way and everything seems to work. I also configured the devices in a way where it leaves the Play Store open so users can also install other apps, in addition to the work apps we approved. What is kinda confusing me is that in Intune under Device details - Discovered apps I don't see any of the apps I installed from the public Play Store, instead I get this text "No installed applications found on this device."... Shouldn't I be able to see all the apps with this setup? I know that the managed apps can be found under Device details - Managed Apps and that also works fine. Can anyone share his/her experience?

Thanks

@VitaJulio-0369 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

It is a normal situation. Android Enterprise Fully Managed and Dedicated do not display discovered apps. We can read the following official article as a reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-discovered-apps#details-of-discovered-apps

    Hope it will help.
