Hi @ArjunAlagesan-8628

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

What is your version of Teams for Linux?

According to your description, it seems this issue is only occurred in Teams client. In this case, it firstly recommends you try to clear your client cache file to see if it can be fixed. The following command is for your reference:

 rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT ,

Thanks for the reply.

I discovered new behaviour and it looks like some access problem. I have two user logins created in linux mint uma.

When i login as user1 - Microsoft teams-preview is working fine and teams - Settings->Manage Account - > Devices - video preview is detecting camera fine. which means camara is working

when i login as user2 - Microsoft teams-preview is not detecting camera. Teams -> settings -> Manage Account -> Devices - video preview is not detecting camera. which means camerra is not working.

I have also deleted cache from the user1's 'Microsoft\ Teams' folder.
user2's cache folder is not available for 'Microsoft\ Teams' folder.

Please clarify how to fix this issue

Hi @ArjunAlagesan-8628

Thanks for your information!

According to your description, it look like this question is related to your account in Microsoft Teams, did you test these two account in the same device?

In addition, could user2 use Teams web client to detect the camera device normally?
