Trying to recover an old MCP certificate on an account that I cannot remember

Looking to get access to my old XP MCP completed along time ago but I do not remember what sign-on email or ID I had . The only information I have on the back of my MCP certificate is a bar code (with number alongside MCP and my name. Is that my ID number or if not can this reference my old account to enable it to transferred to my new ID? Please help.
