Accessing Postgres on a VM from PowerBI (app.powerbi)

Hi!
We have a VM which is running a Postgres Database. How can i connect from Powerbi Web to this Database without opening the port 5432 for the whole world?
I found a XML with Azure Ip Ranges but thos are still so many that i dont want / cant whitelist all of them.
What is the best solution here ?

Thx in advance,
Leonhard
