Is there a way to automaticly fill out a form depending on logged in user?

Hi.

We want to create a form to registrer students leaving campus for a short time and send this to a mail recipient.
We want the form to be automaticly filled out with fields like student name, class, teacher, phone number etc.
This information should be filled out depending on the Office 365 user logged in to Microsoft forms.
There should not be possible to alter the fields with any other information than the auto information depending on the user logged in.

Is there a way to do this using Power Automate, Sharepoint, forms or other Microsoft Office 365 tools?
I have seen that other forum posts mentions InfoPath as a solution, and I understand that the function in InfoPath is now a part of Power Automate.

Any ideas on how to do this is greatly appreciated.

Regards
Vidar Eik

Hi @Videik-8287

If you want to automaticly fill out with fields in Microsoft forms when others log in Microsoft Forms, like student name, class, teacher, phone number etc , per my research, currently there is no way in power automate to meet your need. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to reply.
