How Can I configure Autodiscover with DAG in Exchange server 2013

Hi
I have 2 Exchange Server MBX  and MBX1 which is part of a DAG and seprate CAS1 AND CAS2.

Now is their any method or possibility to configure DAG with Autodiscover?

if yes than how2nd if Autodiscover is successfully configured some how than i will point the DAG IP to firewall .

Please suggest.

There is no relationship to the DAG and Autodiscover. The DAG is for mailbox database replication only

Its also not supported to have an Exchange Server in a DMZ except the Edge Role for SMTP

No, not possible or supported.
Only the CAS servers are used for client connections.
You need to create a load balanced pool for the CAS
