Move single-server Exchange 2016 installation to new hardware

Hi all-
I am looking for a step-by-step guide for moving an existing Exchange 2016 Enterprise installation to a new server. This is a hardware to hardware move (no virtualization). Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd prefer official Microsoft documentation. Thanks

Strangely, there is no official Microsoft doc on this.
I would use:

Hi @PSFA-6169 ,

Agree with Andy that I am afraid there's no official document on this particularly for Exchange 2016. But based on my research, here's a document available for Exchange 2007:
Moving Exchange Servers to New Hardware and Keeping the Same Server Name

Although the server roles are different, I am assuming that the basic concept can be applied to Exchange 2016 as well, that is, using the command-line Setup /M:RecoverServer to recover most of the Exchange server settings to the new hardware, then manually restore the mailbox databases and if necessary the other machine-specific or stored locally settings like SSL certificates, modified config files, etc.

For instructions about how to recover Exchange 2016 servers, you may refer to:
