Caller ID issue when a call is received to a response group via PSTN.

We are having an issue with one of our response groups on Lync 2013. The issue is when a call arrives shows the Caller ID correctly but after answering it changes to previously answered calls Caller ID.

This occurs only when a call is received to the response group via PSTN.

Is the caller can see you right phone number when the call is starting?

If the call is forward to the voice mail, will it show the right phone number in the mail?

-We have 2 response groups that are currently in use that's icthelpdesk and callcenter we found out yesterday only that icthelpdesk also has the issue but they didn't report it.

Is the caller can see you right phone number when the call is starting?


-Yes

If the call is forward to the voice mail, will it show the right phone number in the mail?

-Voice mail is not enabled for response groups

Please try to restart your response group service to see if it works for you.

Meanwhile, please also try to clear the Skype for Business client cache file in your environment.
