Peering with MSFT and missing telemetric

Hello,

I've a peering over IX with MSFT, all works fine but I miss from since ~month a telemetric data, so there is nothing for ingress and egress traffic.
Data flow is ok, session status is OK, even prefix list is OK. Only I miss statistics data traffic related to peering.

I do not have paid support plan to open ticket, but maybe there is a way to handle it in different way?

It's not important to have it working, because peering works fine, but in past I was able to see how many data was moved from/to.
Now graphs are empy since one month.

Thanks,

Hello @MarcinGondek-6758 ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

AFAIK, Exchange Partners can only see Egress traffic on graphs for Peering Service. This is by Design, as we currently dont have data on Ingress traffic for Exchange peering.

So you should be able to see the Egress traffic. If you are not able to see the data on your graphs, we would need to file a support ticket for further investigation. Since you do not have paid support, we will try and help you get a one-time free technical support.

Thanks,
Gita
