Please perform the following steps in sequence:
1) Change the default language to English so that files can be scanned and read

2) Run the V2 log collector: (post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive)

3) Search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 2 GB then save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
