Subscription disabled without explanation

I created a Azure subscription and then upgraded it few days back to run some AI/ML modelling on the t4 instances and now my subscription is disabled. I opened 3 separate support tickets to resolved this but all of them came back with the exact same reply without providing any explanation:
"Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Azure support. Sorry we were unable to verify your account information. Based on this, the earlier decision remains and your account will stay closed.  Please understand that security checks like these are in place to protect the quality and integrity of the Azure service. "

I do not understand what am I doing wrong? And why can't they ever provide a proper explanation on how do I get my account verified?

This is extremely frustrating with Azure and from my experience this does not happen on AWS and GCP.

@paulnej-7259 - Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

As mentioned here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/192489/ Microsoft performs account validation for Azure accounts, if its fails for some reason, may be due to suspicious activity or if it doesn't stand up to Azure compliance standards the account is disabled. I suggest you ask for an update through your support request for more details account disablement.

That link you provided does not exist.
Also, my question was what is being flagged as suspicious activity or not being compliant with Azure standards? A support ticket does not answer these questions either.
And yes, I did create multiple support tickets and all of them get closed with the same generic reply as I mentioned earlier. So that does not help.
Looks like I will have to move away from Azure and go with AWS/GCP, if this does not resolve by today.

I'm new client just few days ago from Paris and similar experience to yours, now they accuse me today of violator of the service (my account will be deleted next 09/27) who I have not used. I have just send tickets to know what's wrong but not any true answer while microsoft almost calls us criminals ??

Hi, Im having this exact problem. I has created 3 azure accounts that results in cancellation after submit a ticket for T4 GPUs. When I request a validation support tell me that is not any way to recover my account. I even talk to my bank to see if theres is any problem with my credit card and they say that is not.
