Hello,
How do I prevent my users from receiving NDRs.
I have already used:
Set-RemoteDomain * -NDREnabled $false
to prevent NDRs going outbound. But I do not want my users to receive NDR notification emails either.
Thank you in advance,
T

Hi @TT-5105 ,
Based on my knowledge, there are no Exchange original methods to block the NDR for your users.
I have tested some mail flow rules and it's hard to only delete the NDR while not breaking the mail receiving.
As the NDR has some important messages pointing out the reason why the mails are not delivered, I will not suggest you to disable it.
You could consider sending a NDR copy to a specific user for analyzing: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow/non-delivery-reports-and-bounce-messages/ndr-procedures?view=exchserver-2019#forward-copies-of-ndrs-to-the-exchange-recipient-mailbox
