Hi guys -- I have just bought a Microsoft Surface Book 3 for business with Quadro and my old monitors don't work with their HDMI plugging into Surface Dock 2's port USB-C. I connect two cables: From Monitor 1, I connect an HDMI-to-USB-C and I do the same for Monitor 2.
My guess is that the Monitors don't have the right specifications for what the Microsoft Surface Book requires. They are relatively old: one is a Philliops 245e and the other one is a Samsung Model S24E390HL
So -- would you be abe to tell me the specifications I need for either 24" or 27" monitors (two) that I can connect to my tablet by itself (without the keyboard).
And do you sell monitors or can I look at a Microsoft-aligned store that does?
Thank you
