    Can you please provide some more details so I can gain a better understanding of your issue.

    -How're you trying to recover these keys/secrets?
    -Are you using Azure Backup or soft-delete?
    -Were these keys/secrets used for Azure Disk Encryption, SSE, or SSE+CMK?
    -How long ago were these keys deleted?

    If you have Soft-delete enabled, you can recover your Keys and Secrets through PowerShell, if the deletion time/date hasn't gone past your retention period.
    -Restore Key Vault key and secret for encrypted VMs using Azure Backup

    Any additional details would be greatly appreciated.
