As a Global Admin I cannot submit a support request

I am a Global Admin of the organisation. However Azure still will not let me submit a support request. I called Microsoft who unhelpfully sent me to a site to submit my request which then forwarded me again to Azure who are the ones who wont let me submit the support request.

I have been sent round in circles now for a while as Microsoft keep refusing to allow me to speak to someone. It refuses to acknowledge im a global admin trying to submit a support request. It also is giving out of date information for MFA referencing Azure Servers. It tells me to click a link for more info and then tells me what was there and how it did work which isnt helpful.

Does anyone know how I can speak to someone to get this sorted?
or
How to resolve a bug in azure that wont let me submit a bug as global admin/ support request contributor (which i gave myself as well)?
or
How to create an Azure MFA Server now that its no longer supported because their documentation tells me to press download in the same place its telling me it doesnt support it?

Can you please share your Subscription type-MSP, Pay as you go? Do you have a partner or account manager to handle your Azure account?

To create a support request, you must be an Owner, Contributor or be assigned to the Support Request Contributor role at the subscription level. To create a support request without a subscription, for example an Azure Active Directory scenario, you must be an Admin.
