Veiwing Certificates

I have been unable to see my certificates for months and I can't edit my profile ( update my phone number). It always says :

50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
